The Texas Institute of Cosmic Cowboy Culture (TICCC) did not emerge from a boardroom, but from the quiet observation of a prairie night sky. Our founding principle is deceptively simple: the vast, independent spirit required to settle the American frontier is the same spirit required to comprehend our place in the cosmos. The cowboy, a figure of self-reliance, practical skill, and deep connection to the land, becomes the Cosmic Cowboy when he applies that same rugged introspection to the universe itself.
